About Me

I’m Steve Levine. For the past several years I’ve built consumer-facing resources about class action lawsuits and settlements — most visibly OpenClassActions.com, which reporters have cited when covering settlement deadlines and payouts.

donaldtrumpclassaction.com grew out of that work. Filings, regulatory rollbacks and executive orders get covered as politics, and almost never as what they actually are for most households: a deadline, a claim form, or a change in what you are owed.

Building donaldtrumpclassaction.com

Every settlement summary here starts from primary sources — court dockets, Federal Register entries, official agency statements — rather than from another outlet’s write-up. Where a claim is genuinely disputed, the disagreement is shown rather than resolved on the reader’s behalf. Opinion and reporting carry an editorial disclaimer on every page, because the difference between the two should never be something a reader has to work out for themselves.

Press & Media

My work has been cited in the following publications:

Krebs on Security Cited OpenClassActions.com on the T-Mobile data breach settlement Food & Wine Cited OpenClassActions.com on the A&W Root Beer class action settlement
