Last Updated: March 16, 2026
This CCPA Policy supplements the information in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. It describes the rights that California consumers have under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and explains how residents can exercise those rights in connection with their use of donaldtrumpclassaction.com (“Site”).

Your Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. The CCPA defines “sale” broadly to include making personal information available to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” to include making personal information available for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense — we do not provide your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to third parties in exchange for payment. However, our use of third-party advertising cookies and analytics tools may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA’s broad definitions, as these tools may collect device identifiers, browsing data, and other information that is used for targeted advertising across websites.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through advertising cookies, you can:
- Adjust your cookie preferences using the cookie management tools described in our Cookie Policy
- Use the opt-out tools provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative
- Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we will honor as an opt-out request
- Contact us at the email address below to submit an opt-out request
Your Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services
Your Right to Correct Inaccurate Information
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. Upon receiving a verified request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of processing.
Your Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process categories of personal information that are classified as “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers (combined with access credentials), precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, or biometric data.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise your rights under the CCPA, you may submit a request by:
- Email: Send your request to [email protected] with “CCPA Request” in the subject line.
In your request, please specify which right you are exercising and provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written authorization.
Verification Process
To protect your personal information, we must verify your identity before processing a CCPA request. Our verification process may include:
- Asking you to confirm information we have on file, such as the email address associated with your inquiry or communication
- Requesting additional identifying information that we can match against our records
- For requests submitted by authorized agents, requiring proof of the agent’s authorization and verifying the consumer’s identity directly
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by the CCPA. If additional time is needed, we will notify you in writing and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your CCPA request unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
Changes to This CCPA Policy
We may update this CCPA Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage California residents to review this policy periodically.
