Follow the record.

Donald Trump Class Action is an independent newsroom covering class action litigation, executive action and government accountability. Every report is built from the primary document, and we link it so you can read it yourself.

📑

Primary documents only

Dockets, court filings, the Federal Register, agency releases and inspector-general reports. Not another outlet’s summary of them.

⚖

Allegation is not finding

A complaint asserts; a court finds. We keep that line visible, because on this subject it is usually the whole story.

Our Mission

Donald Trump Class Action is a running public record of what the Trump administration actually does. Executive orders and proclamations. Federal court cases, class actions and settlements. Agency rulemaking and Federal Register notices. White House releases, briefings and official statements. Congressional action and oversight hearings. Inspector general and GAO findings. Personnel: who is appointed, who is fired, who is confirmed. Pardons and clemency. Immigration and enforcement policy. Tariffs, trade actions and the economic record. Financial disclosures, licensing income and the family businesses. We publish the document first and the commentary second, and every report says which of the two you are reading.

I built Donald Trump Class Action to keep a plain, dated record of a presidency that generates more paper than anyone can follow. Executive orders, court filings, agency notices, White House releases and financial disclosures all arrive faster than they get read, and most coverage reaches you as reaction rather than record. This site starts from the primary document and says what it says. Where a matter is contested, we say who contests it. A complaint asserts, a court finds, and we never blur the two.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this site partisan?

We cover the Trump administration because that is the beat, and we report what documents say rather than what either side says about them. Where a claim is contested we name who contests it and link both records.

Where does your reporting come from?

Primary sources: court dockets and filings, the Federal Register, agency press releases and rulemaking notices, SEC filings, state Attorney General announcements and inspector-general reports. Each report links the document it is built on.

Can you tell me if I qualify for a settlement?

No. We report what a settlement covers and link the official claims administrator, which is the only place that can answer eligibility. We are not lawyers and nothing here is legal advice.

How do the trackers work?

The executive-order tracker lists orders as signed, by date. The second-term clock counts to noon Eastern on 20 January 2029, the moment fixed by the 20th Amendment. Both run in your browser from published figures, with the sources set out on each page.

Do you accept advertising?

The site may carry contextual advertising, which never determines what is covered or how. We do not accept payment to feature a case, a firm or a claim, and we do not publish sponsored reports.
