Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent. Your notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, please provide a representative list.

- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content you posted on our Site was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If a user is identified as a repeat infringer — meaning they have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices — we will take appropriate action, which may include permanently disabling their access to the Site or removing all of their contributed content. We apply this policy consistently and in good faith, taking into account the totality of the circumstances in each case.
