I built Donald Trump Class Action to keep a plain, dated record of a presidency that generates more paper than anyone can follow. Executive orders, court filings, agency notices, White House releases and financial disclosures all arrive faster than they get read, and most coverage reaches you as reaction rather than record. This site starts from the primary document and says what it says. Where a matter is contested, we say who contests it. A complaint asserts, a court finds, and we never blur the two.

I built Donald Trump Class Action to keep a dated, sourced record of a presidency that produces more documents than anyone can read. The reference case is Trump University: consumer complaints became two federal class actions and a New York enforcement action, and ended in a $25 million settlement with no admission of wrongdoing. That is the pattern this site follows from filing to outcome.
